Have the new hire document the following:
Before the meeting, have the following documented:
- Onboarding Goals Progress Report.
- General impressions so far (Team Operations, Process, Relationships, etc...).
- Document "Continue" activities - things that went well.
- Document "Stop" activities - things that didn't add value or prevented it.
- Document "Start" - what could be better. - Goals for next 30 days
